2022-23  ASHRAE President

Theme:   Securing Our Future

WELCOME MESSAGE FROM CHAPTER PRESIDENT

I welcome all our members to this new society year that commences from this current year, precisely July 1, 2022, to June, 30, 2023. It is going to be a very interesting year for all of us as our plates are loaded with contents that will benefit us all as individuals and as corporate entities

We have put together - to aid our technical capabilities and proficiencies - technical programs, seminars, workshops, webinars and special events that are key to blossoming our minds and that have been arranged at intervals within the year, with facilitation drawn from among ourselves in the chapter, the region and the society

A typical example is the Society e-learning. which from the testimonies around the world from our diverse members, will make it prudent in the upgrades of our education at discounted rates thru group learnings

There are available also, ASHRAE Certification programmes, among other programmes, which have been prepared to make us rise above the crowds

For our society that have done so much for us, it is always pleasant and admirable to give back. So we will encourage our members to consider volunteering in the society technical and standing committees

Finally, I urge you, our great members, to connect your friends and colleagues, who are yet to associate with us and join ASHRAE to do so and be entitled to the various tremendous benefits that exist, one of which is the networking with colleagues and the industry leaders in the chapter and the society at large

.
