COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
Responsibilities of the Communications Committee include:-

Serving as the interface between the BOG and website maintenance company (if one exist) to ensure all items requested by the BOG are uploaded/updated in the chapters and region's websites

Managing the website budget to include the cost of the website maintenance company and any revenue from business card ads, job postings, and online store sales

Ensuring that the chapter's website complies with Society's website policies

Establishing an online payment system for chapter activities

Working with CTTC, Attendance Committee, Reception Committee, and Special Events Committee in setting up and maintaining the chapter online registration system

Working with chapter Publication Committee and / or Newsletter Editor to assist with electronic distribution of the chapter's e-Newsletter, including posting both current and past issues on the chapter website and via Social Media

Working with Publicity Committee when using electronic methods of publicity including use of Social Media

Interfacing with the Regional Communication Chair (RCC) for all questions, concerns and updates to Communications Committee rules and regulations
